Delete inside the app

Open News Orbit, go to Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. This removes your account from the server and cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@crivo.space. Include your News Orbit username and any account details that help us verify the request.

What server data is deleted

• Account profile, username, and login credentials.
• Bookmarks, preferences, notification tokens, and account settings.
• Account-linked database records that are removed with your user account.

Local device data

Server account deletion does not remove every file on your phone. Uninstall News Orbit to clear data kept inside the app container; copies you exported or saved elsewhere remain until you delete them.

Verification and timing

We may ask you to verify ownership. Approved requests are normally processed within 30 days unless limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance reasons.
