You may use News Orbit for lawful, personal purposes. You are responsible for your device, account credentials, activity, and any information or content you submit or share through the service.
2. News aggregator disclosure
News Orbit is a news access and aggregation tool, not a newsroom. Article metadata, images, source names, dates, and links are supplied by third-party providers including NewsAPI.ai and NewsData.io. News Orbit does not write, edit, verify, or endorse third-party articles.
Original publishers are responsible for accuracy, opinions, corrections, ownership, rights, availability, and access rules. Opening a source link may take you to a site with separate terms, advertising, subscriptions, or privacy practices.
3. Accounts and acceptable conduct
You agree not to:
- Use News Orbit for unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or harmful activity.
- Impersonate another person, compromise another account, or misrepresent your identity.
- Upload or share content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.
- Interfere with service operation, security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Use automated means to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where law permits.
4. Sharing, chat, media, and calls
You are responsible for the stories, messages, media, profile information, and other content you send or make available to other users. Do not share content you do not have the right to use. Other users may retain content after you send it, including through screenshots or exports outside News Orbit.
5. Safety and enforcement
News Orbit may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, remove content or account records, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably needed to protect users, operate the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.
6. Availability and changes
Features, providers, feeds, limits, and availability may change. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service and cannot guarantee that a particular article, feature, or provider will remain available.
7. No professional advice
News and app content is provided for general information. Do not treat it as legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional when appropriate.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
News Orbit is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy and completeness of third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Account deletion
You can request account deletion through Settings or the public account deletion page. Deletion is permanent for account records removed by the process. Separate device files, operational records, or backups may require additional handling as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Updates and contact
